There comes the moment in the life of anybody, when we must choose: what to be, where to study, where to work? Undoubtedly, every person has a right to choose depending on what he or she wants to achieve in life. But only one thing is invariable for everybody. A Russian proverb says, "A fish looks for the deepest place, but a person looks for the best place". When choosing an occupation, a firm or a company for ourselves what do we pay attention to first of all to? None of us wants to be deceived; therefore, we look for a legal business instead of just another short-term "quick job". Everyone wants to have stable and high earnings, prestigious and respected profession needed by the people. Of course, social guarantees, insurance, the prospects of development are necessary too. You will say that it is Utopia, and a company like this can not exist in our country. You are mistaken: it already exists. And we are proud of the fact that we work for this company - "Vision International People Group". There is a lot of reasons for our pride, and we are happy that today we have an opportunity to share these reasons with you.

Why network marketing?

At the end of the 1940s, the network marketing industry was born in the USA, when the problem of unemployment became outstanding there, while the manufacturers faced the problem of selling products. It was an original economic breakthrough which allowed to find jobs not only for the professionals, but also for unskilled workers. At the same time, it allowed to improve the scheme of product realization by reducing the length of the way the goods travel from manufacturer to consumer and by increasing the quality of service. Thus a new trade - that of a distributor - was born.
A distributor is engaged in offering goods and services to end-consumers. These goods and services always have very high quality, they are top-selling and meet the requirements and standards of the modern market. Our century is the one of high technologies, rapid pace of life and urbanization. Therefore more attention is given to non-manufacturing business, to the rapid and high-quality service. When you come to a shop, you want the seller not simply to sell you something, but also to consult you, give you good advice, help you make a choice and to tell you as much as possible about goods. Moreover, besides the goods they are in need of, consumers also want to get attention and a pleasant company. The trade of the distributor meets all the above-mentioned and many other requirements; therefore, it can be called the most modern and perspective one. It is indeed a trade of the XXI century.
Network marketing began to develop in Russia in the end of the 1980s, when our country was going through one of the most complicated periods in its history. It is a new economic reality that is not only able to increase the labor market by creating new vacancies. It is also able to improve considerably the financial position of our fellow citizens and to increase the quality of production itself as well as the quality of client service - that is, the service of you and me.
There already are more than 5000 network companies all over the world. Such well-known corporations as "Coca-Cola", "Palmolive", "Toyota" also use network marketing system for distributing their goods and services, because they understand that this kind of business is profitable, promising and safe.

Legitimacy

The company "Vision International People Group" started working three years ago. It is one of the youngest companies in network marketing in the world, but in such a short time our company has already succeeded in achieving good results.
Our Company has its official representatives in five countries of the world: in Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Russian Federation and Ukraine. The product is registered in each of these countries and is approved by their Ministries of Health.
The company is structured strictly with a view to increase the efficiency of each of its separate divisions and to provide support of the distributor work. "Vision International People Group " includes the company "VIP Communication", General Manager Irina Ptashinskaya (Distributors' Relations Department and the Center of working with the distributors); the company "VIP Legal Consulting", General Manager Stanislav Odintsov (resolving legal problems and issues related to medical aspects of using the products of the Company); trading companies "Vision Trading", General manager Evgueni Boiko; and "Vision International RUS", General Manager Yuri Doroshenko (delivery and sales of the products at the pick-ups of the Company). The representatives of the Company ("KAZ Vision") in Kazakhstan leads Marc Vdovskikh, General Manager of "Vision Ukraine" in Ukraine is Alexander Donets, General Manager of "Vision Euronord" in Lithuania is Guirdutis Vainius. Two new companies have been established recently: "VIP Publishing" with General Manager Sergei Varfolomeev (developing and producing information, training and other materials for the distributors of the Company, as well as organizing massive actions); and "VIP Telecom" with General Manager Alexander Ponomarev (providing the distributors with the newest technologies in the field of telecommunications). The activity of all these divisions is coordinated by the company "Vision-East", General Manager Alexandre Lazuto.
At the head of the hole Group of the companies "Vision International People Group" is its President, Dmitry BOURJAK. He is an extraordinary, smart, talented, far-seeing person, a real leader. It is possible to speak about him for a long time, because he is a man of great soul. There will not be enough words to tell about everything that he has done and will do for the Company and for us, its distributors. To work beside him is really a great honor and happiness.
In 1998 under the initiative of our Company "The Center of the lawyers of multilevel marketing" was organized in Moscow. Its president is Stanislav Odintsov, the leading lawyer in the sphere of network marketing in Russia, the author of the book "Legal regulating of distributors' activities in the sphere of multilevel (network) marketing". The main purpose of organizing this Center is developing normative documents which regulate network marketing, as well as amending and improving the present legislation for more successful developing of this kind of business. Our Company is also a founder of "The Guild of the network marketing companies". Alexander Lazuto is a member of the Presidential Council of the Guild. The purposes of consolidating the companies of multilevel (network) marketing into the Guild are as follows: developing laws, including federal ones, which regulate multilevel (network) marketing activities, increasing the image of network business and creating beneficial legal conditions for the work of distributors.
One of the most important steps in the activity of the Company is organizing the party "Civil initiative". The Company has entered the hard political path with just a single purpose, which is to receive the legislative initiative for promoting laws about multilevel (network) marketing. The principle "Politics for the sake of the people, not for the sake of power" is only peculiar to the people with a new vision, and it is such people who are at the head of our Company. And the name of the Company calls up with the corresponding English word.
But there is something else. One of the distinctive features of our Company is the introduction of new forms of management. In November 1998, Diamond Team of Leaders was created, which includes the best superprofessionals in network marketing, the distributors who have reached the top qualification. The members of Diamond Team of Leaders, together with the management of the Company, work out the tactics and the strategy for the further development and discover new decisions for maintaining and extending the business.
Since our Company has succeeded in reaching such results for only three years of activity, imagine how much it will attain in 10 - 15 years?! There are unbounded perspectives of development before us, the whole world is before us, and that's not the half of the story. Because in the meantime only 300.000.000 people on the Earth know about our Company, while the population of the Earth is 5.700.000.000 people. The product

The product and the services, which network companies offer, are always of the highest quality and in stable demand and suit the highest standards of the modern market. Our Company works in the market of the biologically active nutritive complements. And it is not by chance. People all over the world, especially in the First World countries, show interest in the biologically active nutritive complements. It has considerably increased recently as the ecology has been becoming worse year by year and this process is irreversible, unfortunately. The real cult of health exists in USA and many countries of the Western Europe. 80 % of their population take the biologically active nutritive complements regularly. Let's compare: only 3 % of the Russians take them, and most of the Russians lack in micronutrients as a result. The deficiency of micronutrients is the main reason for appearing a number of diseases and decreasing the protective functions of the human organism. In Russia there are the lowest indexes of health; the situation is a little better in Ukraine and in Kazakhstan, but it is worse, than in the European countries. The Company has its own factory "Nutrifarma" in Ireland where the biologically active nutritive complements of "Vision" are manufactured in close cooperation with the factory "Arkofarma" which is a leader of the European pharmaceutical industry in this field. The production has stood the complete cycle of tests in the Institute of Nutrition of RAS. It is a parent organization that makes examinations of the production of this kind. The green light for the registration of this kind of the production was given on the basis of these examinations. There are no heavy metals and pesticides, which are potentially dangerous substances, in the products. The products are also very effective because they contain the biologically active elements. The products of "Vision" are the best and the most progressive of those ones which the modern science can offer to a person. They are simple in use, safe and highly effective. The capsules which our product is packaged in are made of vegetative cellulose, i.e., their structure does not include animal components. This is the latest achievement in the field of pharmaceutics - the capsules are made of natural substances and do not contain gluten and preservatives. And only our Company holds this know-how.

The marketing plan

What differs network marketing from any other sort of activity, from the traditional business? It is a system of recompense of the distributors. Training

As it was mentioned above, a distributor is a new trade, and it is necessary to study it as any other one. It is never late to study, all the more the trade of a distributor has no age or any other restrictions. In our Company there are a lot of various and differentiated forms of training. Many of them are exclusive, because they are worked out by the leaders of our Company. They are: tours of the leaders, telephone conferences, business games, regional seminars, out seminars, letters, post cards, audio- and video materials, magazines and meetings of the management of the Company with the distributors. The folk proverb says, "One man no man". Our Company lays special stress on the work in a team when training the distributors. The business always goes well, when your adherents and your friends are beside you, when they are ready to extend a helping hand wherever you are, whatever happens. Training depends both on the theory and on the practice. And it is possible only because "the teachers" have reached success by working hard, trying and mistaking, gathering invaluable experience and giving it to new distributors. Our Company pays much attention to training, because our distributors are networkers, not the sellers in the proper sense of the word. We do not need to spend the most part of our time looking for new customers in order to sell the product and to get an income. Our Company lives a very active life, which is rich in events. Large actions and seminars are held several times per year; the distributors from all regions participate in them. We can work well and we also can have a good rest. The Company organizes trips to the fantastic, unforgettable countries for its distributors. In December, 1997 our distributors went to a distant magic island Mauricius, where they spent an extraordinary week. Soon, in June of this year, one more trip will take place, the trip to the Bulgarian city of Albena, which is situated on the coast of the Black sea. And in December of this year a trip with the President of the Company Dmitry BOURJAK will take place.
Our Company keeps step with scientific and technical progress and always places at the disposal of its distributors the newest technologies and achievements of science, which help them in work and training. Recently the Company has opened its site in the world-wide web Internet (www.vipgroup.net). The strategy of the Company

Our Company has its own particular strategy that is a result of its philosophy. It includes the strategy of application of modern information technologies and the strategy of perfecting the system of managing the Company. Charity is one of the most important parts of our Company's activities. For a long time the Company has been actively collaborating with the Red Cross international organization. It often conducts charity actions for the benefit of a number of public organizations; associations for the disabled; child and pre-school institutions. Here are only several examples. In November and December, 1998 during the Tour of the President of the Company Dmitry BOURJAK "The Express Train to the future" the Company has given the children-orphans from different cities in several countries (Moscow, Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, Almaty, Kiev) the product "Lifepac Junior" for a total sum $ 50.000. The Company has also given gratuitously two reanimobiles with the high quality medical equipment to the city first aid station in Almaty. The doctors who work on them have already managed to rescue dozens of human lives. Besides charity, the Company revives original Russian traditions of patronage. Our Company has organized such events as the tour of the singer Evgueny Kemerovsky "Above the Siberian taiga", the recitals of Igor Krutoy, the concerts of Laima Vaikule, the Week of High Fashion in Moscow, the festive show of Valentin Yudashkin, the match of the the Ukranian and the Lithuanian basketball veterans of the 80s and many other actions.
The important task of our Company is increasing the image of the network marketing and its popularizing. In December, 1998 "Vision" carried out the image campaign with the slogan "We are fine" in the Moscow underground and in the streets of the city.
