The Institute of Nutrition of RAS recommends

In order to strengthen the health state of the Russian population, in August, 1998 the Government accepted "The government policy conception in the field of healthy nutrition of the population of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2005" regulation. This document proves the necessity of developing and implement of integrated programmes which provide and maintain the satisfaction of needs of different groups of population in rational healthy nutriment, in accordance with their traditions, habits, material state and the medical requirements. One of the numerous directions of this programme is the expansion of production process and the sales of the biologically active nutritive complements, which provide the elimination of the deficit in vitamins, macro- and microelements.

The biologically active nutritive complements are compositions of natural and identical to natural biologically active substances meant for being taken with food directly or for being included in foodstuffs in order to enrich ration with some nutritive or biologically active substances and their complexes. In accordance with the present classification the biologically active nutritive complements are divided into two main groups: nutriceuticals and parapharmaceuticals.

Nutriceuticals are biologically active nutritive complements applied for the correction of chemical composition of man`s food (they are additional sources of such nutriments as proteins, amino acids, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral elements, nutritive fibers).

Parapharmaceuticals are biologically active nutritive complements applied in prophylaxis, additional therapy and maintenance of organs and systems within the physiological terms of functional activity. (The methodological prescriptions 2.3.2.721-98 "The definition of safety and effectiveness of the biologically active nutritive complements").

In accordance with the resolution № 21of the Chief State Health Officer of the Russian Federation, "The state registration of the biologically active nutritive complements" from 15.09.1997, instead of the hygienic certificate of the standard form (approved earlier by the order MHP RF № 117 from 15.04.1997) the registration license is given. The license enables the import of goods, high-volume production and sales of them. The license is enregistered in accordance with the verdict of the Expert Council of the Center of hygienic certification of nutriments at the Institute of Nutrition of RAS, which refers to the Ministry of Health Protection of Russian Federation

In accordance with the valid legislation of RF, the products of "Vision International People Group" company are registered in the Ministry of Health Protection of the Russian Federation. Each product has its registration license, signed by the Chief State Health Officer of Russian Federation G. Onischenko and sealed with the official stamp. The high effectiveness and safety of the products of "Vision International People Group" company was tested and approved by the clinical tests, conducted at the Clinic of medical nutrition of the Institute of Nutrition of RAS. The products of the company are included in the Federal List of the biologically active nutritive complements. This is the official list of the biologically active nutritive complements officially registered by the government in accordance with the resolution of the Chief State Health Officer "The government registration of the biologically active nutritive complements" №21 from 15.09.97.

The biologically active nutritive complements of the "Vision International People Group" company meet the requirements of the methodological instruction MUK 2.3.2.721-98 "The determination of the safety and effectiveness of the biologically active nutritive complements", that is the official issue and refers to the Federal sanitary regulations, norms, hygienic standards. In accordance with this document, the dose of the most of vitamins in the biologically active nutritive complements can not exceed daily need of organism more than 3 times in order to keep the activity of organism within the normal physiological terms.

The production of the "Vision International People Group" company completely meets the GMP requirements. According to the requirements, every producer has to provide the particular conditions to be executed: the high quality of raw materials, application of modern technologies, the availability of well-planned buildings and up-to-date equipment, high - qualified personnel engaged in production, the participation of engineers-technologists, engineers-programmers, pharmacologists, chemists, botanists, microbiologists in the production process.
